BUILDING OTHERS IN CHRIST

Jesus never came to create a new religion. He came to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:10), to proclaim freedom, to set the oppressed free (Luke 4:16-18), and to announce the Kingdom of God (Mark 1:15).

God didn’t just want a relationship with “special people;” rather, He knows, loves and wants a relationship with all of us, whether we know it or not (Rev 3:20, Rom 5:8, John 14:23). And just as food and water sustains people and helps them grow, we’re called to help build people and help them grow (2 Pet 3:18, Col 1:10, Eph 4:12-16).

THE GREAT COMMISSION

We follow the Great Commission, since just before He left, Jesus told us to make disciples of all nations, teaching them to do everything He taught (Matt 28:16-19). This is what we call “Intentional Discipleship.”
